Nominations open for TMT Finance Middle East North Africa Awards ...

The Awards, now in their fifth year, have been expanded to include the North Africa region in 2013, and will include a new award for Telecom Regulator of the Year, as well as extended criteria for assessing each award category.

The other categories are for Telecom Deal of the Year; Mobile Operator; M&A Adviser; Outstanding Leader (CEO); Growth Story; Financing Bank; Broadband Operator; Law Firm; and Technology Provider.

The Awards will be presented at the Gala Dinner at Mina A' Salaam, Madinat Jumeirah Dubai on April 23, at the end of the first day of the 7th TMT Finance Middle East North Africa 2013 Conference, the largest annual gathering of telecom, finance and advisory leaders in the region.

"We are delighted to announce the TMT Finance Middle East North Africa Awards open again for 2013 with extended criteria, developed with our research partners, for assessing successful telecom operator growth and deal activity," said Dominic Lowndes, Managing Director, TMT Finance. "The new criteria measures a number of key drivers and performance indicators for each award - including revenue growth and deal size - to provide a unique benchmark for assessing the achievements of telecom operators, CEOs, investment banking and legal advisers."

Nominations for TMT Finance Middle East North Africa Awards 2013 should be submitted at the Awards Nominations page by February 23 with further data information also required following initial submissions. Shortlists will be announced on March 7. Final adjudication on shortlists will be made by a judging panel of leading industry and finance experts.
