Yum! Brands, the parent company of KFC, has acquired 68 franchise stores from franchisee Kumnandi Food Company in South Africa
The 68 stores were located in Johannesburg, Bloemfontein and Kimberley in South Africa.
The move will ramp up the investment the company has made in the continent.
KFC has more than 660 locations in South Africa and 190 locations in Africa, reported fin24.com.
